Strawberry/Banana Smoothie Recipe 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries 1 large banana 2 cups baby spinach 1 cup ice 1 cup orange juice 1-2 cups cold water Mix in a blender until smoothie has been created,just try it you will be glad you did and your body will thank you for it. Add more ice to make it frozen! Apple/Blueberry Smoothie 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1 medium apple or 2 cups applesauce 2 cups turnip greens 2 cups water 1 cup of ice You can always replace the water with different juices for variety,blend well and enjoy your smoothies!
